Pilates offers a whole-body workout to create a positive, strong, lean and flexible body and mind. Practising Pilates regularly will improve confidence and body image, develop stability and strength, release stress and get a better posture. Posture reflects thoughts, thoughts become the physical being. If a posture and thought processes are connected, then, in a sense, the thoughts are constantly sculpting the posture and changing the alignment. It is your body and if you don’t pay attention to it, who will?

Small online classes

Class level range from beginners to the advanced, group and private classes. 60 min evening class and 40 min Lunchtime. 24 h cancellation policy.

It helps to release stress, increases the body’s ability to perform and reduces the risk of injuries and compensations. It allows you to learn and explore your body and your mind in a simple and accessible way.
